Welcome New Trustee, Kylie Braun
Kylie Braun, the newest member of the HCCF Board of Trustees
The Huron County Community Foundation is pleased to welcome Kylie Braun to our Board of Trustees. Kylie joined the board in January 2026, and we are excited to have her skills, perspective, and deep local roots guiding our work.
Born and raised in Bad Axe, Kylie has strong ties to Huron County and a clear commitment to giving back to the community that shaped her. She attended Saginaw Valley State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Accountancy. After graduating, Kylie returned to the Thumb to begin her career at Nietzke & Faupel, P.C., where she now serves as a Senior Manager in the tax and audit department. Kylie is a Certified Public Accountant and also serves on the firm’s board of directors.
Kylie brings valuable financial expertise and governance experience to the HCCF Board of Trustees, assets that will help continue our strong stewardship of charitable resources and support the long-term impact of our funds.
She currently resides in Bad Axe with her fiancé and their three dogs. Outside of work, Kylie enjoys reading, camping, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. She is also an active member of Our Savior Lutheran Church of Bad Axe. Kylie shared that she is excited to serve on the HCCF Board of Trustees as a way to give back to a community that has given so much to her. We are grateful for her willingness to serve and look forward to the leadership and insight she will bring to the foundation.
Please join us in welcoming Kylie to the HCCF Board of Trustees!
