HCCF Celebrates $3 Million in Community Impact
Together, We’ve Reached $3 Million in Community Impact!
Executive Director, Mackenzie Price, sharing the exciting milestone with attendees at the HCCF Scholarship Reception on April 27, 2025.
This spring, as we celebrated our 2025 scholarship recipients at our scholarship reception, the Huron County Community Foundation shared an exciting milestone with the crowd: since our founding in 1994, HCCF has awarded more than $3 million in grants and scholarships across Huron County.
That’s $3 million invested directly into our communities—supporting education, sparking local projects, and helping organizations grow stronger and more sustainable.
Whether it’s a scholarship that helped a student who is now a teacher in our local schools, a grant that brought new life to a public space, or funding that helped a nonprofit serve more people in need, every dollar has been a building block for something bigger. It’s only possible because of people, like you, who care deeply about Huron County.
HCCF is honored to have supported projects all across the county. From Sebewaing to Port Hope and everywhere in between, this $3 million milestone reflects the power of neighbors helping neighbors. It’s a testament to the generosity of donors, visionaries in our communities, and the partnerships that make lasting impact possible.
Of course, the story doesn’t end here. Every new fund and every new gift continues to grow our community’s ability to thrive—now and into the future. And with your continued support, we will be celebrating the next $3 million in impact before we know it.
Thank you to everyone who has played a part in this incredible milestone. We’re honored to be your partner in making a difference in Huron County. Below are a few photos to help demonstrate some of the ways we have impacted the community so far. Here’s to what we’ve accomplished together, and what’s still to come!
