You may remember last year's Annual Celebration at Port Austin Kayak. We are back this year and excited to share with you 2015 accomplishments and look forward to 2016 plans. 

Join us for a night of appetizers, good company, and learning more about HCCF! We will also be giving out $3,000 in grants that evening.

We hope to see you May 12th at El Rio in Pigeon. Doors open at 5:30 pm with a brief program at 6.
