Enhance Our Community! 2025 Fall Grant Application Now Available

It’s time for the Huron County Community Foundation’s largest grant cycle of the year! We want to hear from you. Submit your application before August 15.

If your organization is looking to make a positive impact on our community, we want to hear about it! Our Fall Grant Cycle is now accepting applications. This grant cycle includes grants made from our Community Impact Fund and our Field of Interest Funds. Preference will be given to projects impacting our three Strategic Priority Areas: retaining and attracting talent, creating vibrant and dynamic communities, and cultivating an environment for business development. However, we also have funds dedicated for education, the arts, basic needs and human services, agricultural experiences, STEM, and much more. Our application is straightforward and does not require previous grant experience to submit. We ask for one page of basic information and up to two pages in project narrative, with an outline of what should be covered in the narrative. Please submit only one application per organization.

Have questions about the process or application? We’re happy to chat with you! 989-269-2850.

Are you an educator at Ubly Community Schools or impacting students at Bad Axe Public Schools? Check out our applications for the Nancy Orr Elliott Memorial Educator Fund or the Harold and Vera Cubitt Family Fund for school specific grants dollars.
