Debbie Cunningham is the President of Northstar Bank. She was a resident of Elkton for most of her life. Recently moving to Pigeon, she thoroughly enjoys all aspects of small-town living. Debbie has over 20 years of community banking experience and strives to make Huron County a better place by volunteering at many different community events and organizations. She values serving on the HCCF Board to help our county grow.
